DELIVERY

Q. How long will my order take?
A. Processing time is around 2 weeks unless the rush option has been chosen.
Q. What sort of postage will my item be sent by?
A. All orders are sent via Express Australia Post.
Q. Will I have to sign for my order?
A. No, only when the ‘signature on delivery’ option chosen at checkout.
Q. Do you do international orders?
A. We sure do! We currently ship to New Zealand, United Stated (USA) and the United Kingdom (UK).

RUSH HOUR

Q. How long does the rush option take?
A. Your order will be posted within 4 business days.

DESIGN

Q. Can I have different colours than the colours in the samples?
A. Yes please email us your requirements or leave a brief description in the comments section in checkout.
Q. I have a different design in mind, can you do it?
A. Please email us via the contact me tab.
Q. Will I receive a design sample to see if I like it before you go  ahead?
A. Yes you will receive a design sample via the email address that you provided when you created your website account.
Q. Love our designs but want to see them up close?
A. No worries at all! Click HERE to see our full range of embroidery designs!
Q. Can all of your soft toys be embroidered on the back?
A. Toys that cannot be embroidered on the back will be embroidered underneath.

PRODUCT CARE

Q. Can I machine wash my toy?
A. Yes, the toys have a zipper and removable stuffing pods for easy care and washing.

EGIFT CARD

Q. How will I receive my egift card?
A. Gift cards will be sent electronically.
Q. Where do I specify who the gift card is being sent to?
A. Please include the name of the person receiving the gift card, their email address along with the from email and name in the additional information section. Notes and custom messages can also be noted in this field.
